Terms of service & refund policy
Effective August 7, 2026. Mengwen is operated by Mengwen and is available only to adults age 18 or older.
The service
Mengwen provides private dream journaling, AI-generated reflection prompts, a clearly separated Chinese folklore lens, and cross-record pattern reviews. Outputs are not medical or psychological diagnosis, legal advice, or predictions.
AI limitations
AI results can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as questions and possibilities, not facts. If you face ongoing distress or risk of harm, stop using the service and contact qualified local support or emergency services.
Founder Pass
The Founder Pass is a one-time US$9 purchase that provides up to 30 AI interpretations during the following 30 days. It does not renew automatically. The price, currency, taxes, and exact entitlement shown at checkout control the purchase.
Refunds
Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 3 paid interpretations have been used. Duplicate charges, missing entitlements, or prolonged service failure are always reviewed. Email your account address and provider receipt to support@mosooapp.com. Approved refunds return through the original payment method.
Your account and content
Use an email you control. You retain ownership of your journal text and grant us only the permission needed to process, store, and display it for the service. You may permanently delete dreams or the entire account; deletion cannot be undone.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mengwen to break the law, harm another person, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or submit personal information you lack the right to process.
Early-service changes
Features may change while the product is early. If a change materially prevents delivery of paid access, we may restore service, extend access, or refund the undelivered portion as appropriate.
